Meet Chriselle Lim

Chriselle Lim is the voice behind Wearolchic.com. She has shared fashion, beauty, and life tips online since 2011. Her goal is simple. She wants every woman to feel sure in what she wears.

Hello, Friend

Hi, I’m Chriselle. Thanks for being here.

I have loved fashion for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I had little access to it. So I found my own way in.

How It All Began

My fashion career started in Los Angeles. From 2004 to 2008, I studied at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM). During those years, I worked as a wardrobe stylist and a fashion intern.

I learned how a great outfit comes together. I learned it by doing the work.

In college, I also joined a small online group. We swapped outfit and beauty ideas. It was just for fun.

In 2011, I started a blog and a YouTube channel. I called it The Chriselle Factor. It began as a hobby. Then it grew into much more.

Back then, fashion shows did not welcome bloggers. Some people laughed at us. I kept going anyway.

Today, millions of people follow along with me. I still feel thankful every day.

Beyond the Blog

Fashion led me to new paths. I helped start Bümo, a childcare and learning company for working parents. I also lead creative work at Phlur, a fragrance brand.

These jobs taught me one thing. Great style is more than clothes. It is how you feel when you walk in.

Why I Built This Site

Many fashion sites feel loud and hard to follow. I wanted a calmer place. This site is for real women with real days.
